I’m a Design Strategist and Researcher, currently working at Thomas Jefferson University and Hospital (TJUH) on the UX and Service Design team. I have over 6 years of experience in design, strategic thinking, and collaboration in agile lean environments. Previously, I have worked at Pilot44, The Artists’ Forum, Pfizer, and Belk Corporate. I strive to bring a design mindset to problem-solving wherever I go and strongly believe in applying behavioral economics and systems thinking principles to research and design methodologies to create meaningful and future-proof products and services.
